BrightPlanIT's consultative project approach follows the Project Solutions
Framework ("PSF") as a guideline for the successful implementation of IT
projects. BrightPlanIT has developed the PSF from vast experience in the IT
industry and from proven methodologies developed by key industry partners.
These industry partners include leading IT organizations such as Microsoft,
Novell, IBM, Lotus, and the Project Management Institute. Figure 1-1 depicts
the six (6) phases of the PSF used when delivering IT projects.
