At the end of this one-day clinic, the students will have a high-level understanding of the feature areas and technologies new to Windows Server 2003 R2. High-level demos will provide practical insight on common scenarios.

Session 1: Introduction to Windows Server 2003 R2
In this session, students will be able to describe the features and technologies that are new to Windows Server 2003 in the R2 release.

After completing this session, students will be able to:

List the reasons why customers should upgrade to SP1 even if they are not going to take advantage of new technologies included in R2.
Describe installation requirements for Windows Server 2003 R2.
Session 2: Integrating Branch Offices by Using Windows Server 2003 R2
In this session, students will be able to describe how branch offices are integrated into an existing network using Windows Server 2003 R2.
